I worked with the client to establish a new approach to organizing portfolio management and project building for advisors on behalf of their respective clients. Starting with a workshop, leading to an array of research initiatives, it allowed me to establish a ground floor to how these advisors can best use this tool to fulfill more efficient streamlines of business uses and more.
