I worked with The Savings Group to build a full end-to-end experience for a new native app service named, Atla (by AutoPay). The main purpose it serves is to fulfill the refinancing of existing vehicles, applications for new vehicle loans, deal MSRP sticker scans to compare and compete live time at a dealership, and a slew of additional loan products that further enhance, and increase the consumer’s chances of auto loan approval, funding, and repeat business. We also implemented tools and data insights for the customer to improve their score so they can take advantage of the competitive loan offers on the app. I worked with the team to launch the MVP of the app and the evolving improved version of the app.

I work directly with the VP of Product at JPMorgan Chase & Co., initially going through a comprehensive study understanding the process of the investment portfolio experience on behalf of new and existing JPMorgan Chase & Co. customers. We defined the customer journeys all the way from discovery, exploring, origination flows, integrated banking technologies, digital advisory components that have AI integration, and the main mother ship where customers manage their investment products. The design to your right displays the dashboard that an investor experiences once they are fully integrated with the Chase investment portfolio products.

I had the pleasure to work with the founding team to elevate their brand message across all marketing communications. I first worked on developing a cleaner, more vibrant, energetic design language with new typography system and stronger design emphasis throughout the design experience. From social media, landing pages, emails, mailers, web design, video and more – we were able to make a beautiful new improvement of the brand.
I also worked with the team to set the new creative direction of the e-commerce redesign, through a revitalized design language; simpler and intuitive UX for purchasing flows.

Started by Volkswagon as a part of its settlement with the US over the Dieselgate scandal, agreed to partner with Stable Auto, a San Francisco-based electric vehicle (EV) fleet charging company.
The design problem was to create a ‘neutral-brand’ identity with a technology-centric, simple, and modern user experience for its customers. I set out to create a light and friendly interfacing experience that universally translates well onto touchscreens and mobile users. I worked with the group to design the EV charging station, illuminating (led powered) the station to signal EV drivers it’s the location from a distance.

I worked with one of the top-producing real estate brokers in the world (HQ in Beverly Hills, California) on various branding, ux, and design projects. The first project was a UX transformation of their listing engagements, enabling the agents to collab in an immersive VR-first listing platform, revolutionizing buyer engagement with property listings – enabling buyers to virtually tour the home with their agent live time.
Below that, is one of the more liberal and abstract projects I did for the firm, visualizing locations for the real estate markets the firm is expanding to.

I had the honor to work with the Hotwire and Expedia group to revamp their entire car rental and air online product experience. We identified several pain points throughout the customer booking journeys, and were able to validate new design directions through usability research and rapid prototyping. Not only were we able to provide a much needed facelift to the product experience, we also developed a much more seamless, fast and intuitive booking flow ux for customers; resulting stronger margins for Hotwire's booking products.
