Audience Understanding:

I began by conducting in-depth research to identify the apps's target audience, their pain points, and unmet needs. This includes:

  • User Research: Surveys and interviews with potential users to understand their auto loan challenges and expectations.

  • Market Analysis: Evaluating competitor apps and tools to identify gaps in existing solutions and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Behavior Insights: Mapping user journeys to pinpoint friction points in the loan application, refinancing, and credit improvement processes.

Problem Definition
The research revealed that consumers often struggle with:

  • Navigating complex loan terms and refinancing options.

  • Understanding their credit score and how to improve it.

  • Comparing dealership offers in real time while negotiating.

MVP Creation
To launch quickly and effectively, I collaborated with the team to develop an MVP that prioritized key features:
